2.Gutter Collapse – If your gutters are weighed down with heavy debris, the gutter brackets will begin to bend and could collapse. New gutters are a lot more costly than having your gutters cleaned

3.Home for Animals – Having a build-up of leaves and debris create a cozy home for small animals. Small rodents and birds can begin to live in your gutters and even make their way into your home

4.Damage to Fascia – The wood beams on your home that your gutters attach to can begin to degrade if water is overflowing onto it.

5.Poor Home Aesthetics – You want your home looking good for curb appeal. Your home will not look very nice with overflowing gutters.

Depending on how many trees are by your home, gutter cleaning can be done twice a year and some homes. On most homes we recommend getting your gutters cleaned once per year. Some homes in new developments that are not close to trees can be done every 2nd year. It all depends on your home.
