February is one of our slowest months of the year, although we continue to do gutter cleaning for our clients. Although it’s slow for production, in February we begin to start scheduling for a busy Spring season. Many of our clients are now thinking to book ahead of time. This is a good idea as we begin to get really busy in April and May. Recruiting New Technicians

We have been busy behind the scenes hiring new cleaning technicians for our upcoming house washing season. In March, Andrei and Isaiah will be joining the team full-time as cleaning technicians. Another piece of great news is that we recently hired a new Office Administrator, Susan B., to help new and old clients.

We are still using a CRM software called Jobber. Our Office Manager, David C., and our Office Administrator, Susan B., use Jobber everyday to send quotes, schedule jobs, and send and collect payments. Our technicians on-site love to use Jobber as they can easily and quickly collect payments.
