Client Care:
We take client care very seriously around here. Customer service has become a buzz word. It is a core value of our company for our clients to be able to speak with a real human. Not an answering machine, and not a call centre agent overseas.
Follow-Up:
In the trade’s business it’s common that once the job is done the homeowner does not hear from the contractor again. We want to change that. Our office follows up with our client after the service appointment to make sure they are happy with our level of service. We want to work for client’s who want to hire our company year after year.
Maintenance Program:
Our clients are busy and we want to put their exterior window washing and gutter cleaning on auto-pilot. When client’s join our program they join our Revive family. More on this to come later. Essentially, our VIP client’s join this program to ensure priority scheduling in our busy season and a set schedule for exterior washing on their home.
