Review of May 2019

The past month of May at Revive Washing has been exciting! Some of the main highlights from our team include:

Washed 151 homes with various services of house washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning.
Completed a large strata washing project for a 129 unit complex in Murrayville, Langley
Welcomed 3 new team members to our team. Welcome to the Revive team Sam, Paul, and Rhys!

Our review of the month was from a strata complex we cleaned in North Vancouver. The strata President Kim said, “

“Where do I start? Revive Washing was highly recommended to me to clean our 26 unit strata building windows. I am extremely impressed with the service our building has received right from the start with Dave. I had the pleasure of meeting 2 of Dave’s team today. When Sam and Andre arrived today to do their job, both these young men presented themselves professionally and were very pleasant to deal with, and displayed a tremendous amount of pride in what they do! Revive Washing hands down is our window washing go to company from now on!”

We are super thankful for our clients who continue to hire us and tell their friends and neighbours about our company. Our company is growing because we take care of our clients and strive to give them an amazing experience.

Here are a few initiatives we have been working on this past month:

Initiative 1: Team Meetings

We meet each week as a team to discuss our upcoming jobs, online reviews, and safety. We also keep all our teams scheduled using online software scheduling called Jobber. Jobber helps to keep our crews organized with their routes. Our team is growing and here is a photo our of team at our weekly production meeting:

Initiative 2: Langley Home Show

We had a great time at the annual Langley Home & Garden Show at George Preston Arena. We talked to many homeowners and are in the process of getting them their estimates.

Initiative 3: New Team Members

Our team is growing with some amazing people. Sam is our returning Lead Technician to help us with our busy season. We are thankful to have Paul and Rhys join our service teams as well. Also a shout-out to Esther Moerman Photography for the beautiful photos!

Looking Ahead

Our next month of June will likely be our busiest of the year. We are currently booking house washing projects about 2-3 weeks out in our calendar right now. We continue to use our CRM Jobber to give our clients detailed quotes as well as to keep all our crews organized.
