What areas do you service?
We are based in beautiful South Surrey, BC. We offer our services to homeowners in Surrey, Langley, White Rock, Delta, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby, and Abbotsford. We are able to service areas slightly outside of this region on a ‘per job’ basis.
Are you Insured?
Yes, absolutely. We are fully covered with WorkSafeBC coverage as well as $5,000,000 in Liability Insurance. You, the homeowner, can have piece of mind when you hire Revive for your exterior house washing.

Questions About Pricing
Do you have a minimum?
Yes we do. Our minimum charge for a visit from our crew is $250 + 5% GST.
Do I get a discount for booking in recurring work?
Absolutely. We are happy to offer our clients a 5% recurring service discount when you book your service to be done on an annual basis.
How does payment work?
We take a 50% deposit on a credit card for all of our residential projects to ensure you have a booking spot in our schedule.
Do you offer neighbourhood discounts?
Yes, we do! If both you and your neighbour book in, you both receive 5% off your estimate. That discount is across the board on all our power washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning services.
Questions About Services
Do I have to be home when you do the work?
It is not necessary that you are home, however, most clients like to be home at the start of the project to meet the crew.
How do I get ready for the cleaning?
We ask that you remove your window screens and remove all items around your home. For example, if we are cleaning your patio we ask you remove all furniture and belongings so that the crew has proper access for cleaning.
How is Soft Washing different than Pressure Washing?
By using our biodegradable cleaning solution we are able to clean your home safely and softly, without the harsh use of pressure. Our soft washing method removes algae, mold, and dirt gently without using high pressure that can damage the side of your home.
Is the cleaning solution safe for my plants?
Our solution we use to wash the exterior of your home is biodegradable, and safe for people, pets, and plants. As an added precaution, we still rinse all areas where we are doing the cleaning. Our crews are highly trained to protect your plant life and perform their job safely while working at your home.
