During the month of July here we have been fortunate to take on two large exterior washing contracts in Surrey which saw us revive a total of 142 units!
Washing Project #1 – Co-Op Housing
This first washing project was for a Co-op housing unit. Our crew of Andre and Steve utilized our soft wash system to safely and softly wash the exterior vinyl siding as well as wash all the exterior windows.
We also did some power washing for some decks. It was a large job for our company. Our team worked well together to make the residents happy.
Our soft wash system was able to remove dirt, algae, and mildew from the vinyl siding. We did not use a power washer, but rather used our soft wash system to do the exterior cleaning.

Washing Project 2: 40 Unit Strata
Our second project was exterior building washing for this strata in Surrey which saw us revive 40 units including soft washing vinyl siding, exterior building washing, and power washing exterior flashing along the decks.
We were here for 3 days to do the full revival the the residents are happy with our work. This one was a team effort from Steve, Andre, Lynden, Matthew, and Caleb. Great job team!
Due to COVID-19, strata’s pushed their meetings back later this year. As these meetings happen over the next couple of months, we are projecting to extend our busy season.
