The spring time is upon us and our phone lines here at Revive have been steadily ringing!
Despite the uncertainty with COVID-19, our team continues to remain busy and has a full schedule amidst our busy spring time season.
We have suspended our interior window cleaning service but stay busy with providing our power washing, soft house washing, exterior window cleaning and gutter cleaning services.
Contactless Cleaning
We have really used this time to leverage the power of technology during this time to keep our clients and team members safe. Technology allows us to offer “Contactless” cleaning with our clients. A few technology platforms we have been utilizing include:
Jobber – We have been able to safely and securely process credit card payments through our CRM. This has eliminated payments through cash or cheques and has helped negate any human contact with our crew. Once the washing job is complete, we can easily accept credit card payment, making paying an easy process for our customers.
Zoom – We have been having our Monday morning team meetings on Zoom. We discuss our goals for the week and also review how we have been providing quality service to our clients. Here is a picture of our friendly team from a Zoom call this month
Social Channels – With regular updates to our clients we have been able to use Facebook and Instagram as a way of staying in touch with our clients through this rapidly changing time. We have used pictures, and short videos as updates with changes to our policies.
Looking Ahead
Historically May and June have been our busiest months year over year, so we are looking forward to this next month of May being a very busy one for us.
As our busy season is here we are currently booking about 2-3 weeks in advance of our schedule right now. We want to let our clients know that our schedule is filling up and to call us sooner than later to guarantee a spot in our schedule.
