It is an interesting time to be managing a home service business. COVID-19 has disrupted the world’s economy and us like many other businesses are navigating through this unchartered territory.
We have made a few key changes to our business to keep both our employees and clients safe during this time.
Some of the changes include:
- We ask our clients to not shake hands of our crew members
- We encourage credit card payment on client portal or e-transfer instead of cash or cheque payment
- On-site estimates do not require an in person meeting. Our Sales Rep will attach photos to explain your quote to you
- We are able to do smaller quotes that do not require a site visit with our measuring tools on Google Street view
- We have temporarily suspended interior window cleaning
- We ask you to book your job in early to ensure a booking spot in our spring schedule

- Gutter Cleaning
