Vancouver Homeshow

Our team is excited as we are turning the corner into spring. Just this past week we had a booth at the BC Home & Garden Show. We were able to talk about our power washing and window washing services in Surrey and the surrounding cities in the Metro Vancouver Area.

We had our team members work the show booth and brought in 118 leads! Needless to say, these past few days have been very busy following up with all of these prospects. Here are some photos from show..

Recruiting

Dave M. has been busy the last few weeks diving into recruiting. We need about 8 more team members to join our team for the upcoming busy season. We have a few excellent recruits and are still looking for more team members. If you know of somebody who might just be a good fit, there is an online application form here

We will also be at the Trinity Western Career Fair on Tuesday March 3 in the Reimer Student Centre and Learning Commons.

Book Club

We have started our own mini Revive book club. We are currently working through Michael Gerber’s book “The E-myth”. Our team is learning lots and we meet once per week with our team meeting to discuss the chapters we have read in the book. This is a new initiative as it will help develop skills in our team members.

Organization

We continue to use Jobber as our CRM. We have made an innovation in our company by embedding Jobber’s request form into our web-site. Now our clients can go online and fill out their information for a quote and this automatically goes in our CRM. We get a notification with every request so we can follow up with our clients as soon as possible.

Spring Bookings

Even though it is the end of February, the phone is starting to ring with the early birds booking in for spring. This is always a good idea as our schedule fills up a lot as we get closer to April and May.
