When you run your own business, there are many tasks that need to get done each day. This means there is a lot to keep organized. When you’re a solo entrepreneur you try to keep this all straight in your head. This works for a short season and then as your company grows you need a system to manage all of this data.
Regardless of the size of your company, I would strongly suggest having a CRM to manage your business. Having a CRM allows you to:
- Send detailed proposals to your clients
- Schedule your appointments
- Send invoices
- Collect payment
- Track hours for each job
- Send out client reminder emails

In addition to these key facts, you have an online data base of all your client’s relevant information in real time. In this way, when a client calls you for the same service package as last season you have a copy of the quote and all the notes associated with the job.
At Revive Washing, we use Jobber as our CRM of choice. While there are many CRM’s on the market, we like Jobber because it is super simple to use and is easy to use in the field. We test drove a few CRM’s but some of the other ones were more complicated to use in the field. We are a big fan of keeping things simple.
